Shipping policy

The merchandise which have been ordered before 14:00 JST will be shipped the following day except Saturday, Sundays and holidays unless otherwise specified. Merchandise will be shipped by DHL express. However, they can be shipped differently as required by the destination countries. Under the ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately from 3 days to maximum of 1 week depending on the destinations. Shipment’s tracking service is provided by DHL express. We will send “tracking number” to customers.

A careful packing is being guaranteed, however, any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local DHL express staff.
